Description:

For those muzzle devices that require orientation positioning (top ports pointing to 12 o'clock),  it is quite often that the threads on the muzzle device and the barrel are not fitting well in term of mismatching of thread starting point - causing the muzzle device installation cannot meet required torqued value at correct orientation. The muzzle device may be over torqued and thread may be damaged if the crush washer's thickness is unable to space out the muzzle device and the barrel the right amount. In another situation, the muzzle device may be not torqued enough.

 

To solve this crush washer problem, MECHFORCE-USA has developed the world first Variable Timing Crush Washers that is guaranteed to deliver the right orientation positioning with the correct torque value regardless of the muzzle device and barrel manufacturers.  The VT crush washers are precision CNC machined into four different thicknesses that can orientate muzzle device in 0 degree, +90 degree, +180 degree and +270 degree when fully threaded in un-torqued, which will allow the user to pick the best one and deliver the intended orientation with the right amount of torque.

    REAL crush washers!

    REAL crush washers! Hate to have to even say that. Crush washers..simple right? I've gotten some really hard, solid no give "crush" washers lately. No give at all. These are NOT those. These have that nice smooth feel when you tighten your muzzle device! Mechforce is right on here. Order a set just to have around for the next time!

    Allowed me to time a 3 lug adapter to mate up with a 3 lug compensator. I did have to flip to the washer facing inbound in order to allow the 3 lug to slip down and over the washer. The package was a clear bag, not the clamshell with individually marked washers as shown. I had no idea which washer had which adjustment tolerances. In the end I hope it’s resolved. Seems to be. I added rocksett to threads to make it stick more. Now my 1/2 bbl has a 3 lug but not dedicated to suppr see only. Yay.

    Made a muzzle brake install painless

    In the middle of a AR build and needed to change out a brake. The brand new crush washer that came with the Troy
    "Way of the gun" muzzle brake was not working for me as I needed huge amounts of torque to move it further than 180* no the barrel. So I went with these Mechforce variables.

    Lantac dragon muzzle break hand tightened to exactly 12 o'clock on my black rain barrel which means no reasonable amount of torque would have been appropriate to get back to 12 o'clock. This kit had the perfect 90 degree offset I needed to get from 9 o'clock back to 12 o'clock with > 15 ft lbs.

    I have not installed my brake as of yet, but I can say that this looks to be a great product. Well made and good finnish. If you have a muzzle device that is not timing correctly, this product is the answer. One could use a shim kit, but this has a much cleaner look.
