Description:

For those muzzle devices that require orientation positioning (top ports pointing to 12 o'clock),  it is quite often that the threads on the muzzle device and the barrel are not fitting well in term of mismatching of thread starting point - causing the muzzle device installation cannot meet required torqued value at correct orientation. The muzzle device may be over torqued and thread may be damaged if the crush washer's thickness is unable to space out the muzzle device and the barrel the right amount. In another situation, the muzzle device may be not torqued enough.

 

To solve this crush washer problem, MECHFORCE-USA has developed the world first Variable Timing Crush Washers that is guaranteed to deliver the right orientation positioning with the correct torque value regardless of the muzzle device and barrel manufacturers.  The VT crush washers are precision CNC machined into four different thicknesses that can orientate muzzle device in 0 degree, +90 degree, +180 degree and +270 degree when fully threaded in un-torqued, which will allow the user to pick the best one and deliver the intended orientation with the right amount of torque.

    Easy to install, perfect timing, great look

    I used these to replace cheap timing washers during a muzzle device swap. Identifying the correct washer was simple and I was able to get perfect timing on the first attempt. Also, compared to cheaper timing washers, these are beautifully clean looking.

    I had bought in a Savage 10 fcp-sr with a threaded barrel but I assume that the muzzle brake is designed for an AR-15 the Crush Washer that came with it didn't have enough play in it so I ordered this it worked perfectly and save me a trip to the gunsmith and saved me.a bunch of money. Plus I didn't have to screw around with shims and all that BS

    Used these to properly time a VG6 Gamma 556 EX; and they worked perfectly. The muzzle device I was installing had to be pinned & welded; so proper timing was critical & standard crush washers were not cooperating. This set worked perfectly, I'm going to order more just to keep on hand, so I have them soon as I need them...that's how great these are.

    Used this kit to install a YHM muzzle brake. The crush washer that came with the brake would have timed it pretty much upside down once torqued to spec, so clearly another solution was needed. Fantastic product that I can't believe isn't copied by pretty much everyone else.

    These washers work great for aligning the ports on your muzzle brake. The package comes with detailed instructions and thus works better and more cosmetically acceptable than the usual shim steel washers. The finish is a little darker than milspec but not an issue. I purchased the first set and decided I would buy more. The next two sets arrived and were mispackaged. The sizing was for 1/2 inch not 5/8. I contacted Amazon and the are checking their inventory. This occurred in December 2017. Hopefully, the third time is s charm because when they are sized right they work great.
