GYROSCOPE

Whereas the DELTA is near perfection, the Gyro is wanting. The issue is stability. In the current configuration only the center most assembly can be reliably and powerfully spun, but, as it is too small a mass, the center is not much of a show. The middle and outer rings, if spun on the counter axis, use smaller much less efficient bearings and as such are a short show. Is it possible to get a long spin on the outer ring? Yes, of course. Does that spin use the center bearing? Yes, it can. BUT, alignment, especially if hand held in a finicky mess and the angles of movement are greatly reduced. In short, a clever idea, beautifully rendered, but int the end a complex spin's counter effect gyroscopic effects cancel everything out way, way too fast. Buy the DELTA.

Incredible!

This product is my dream fidget toy.
It took a bit of tuning to get everything centered up.
Sadly the center ball bearing is subpar at best. It has too high tolerance, which makes for a wobbly experience, thus lowering spin times significantly.
I will look into replacing that with a cheramic top end bearing as soon as possible.
Other than that I am extremely impressed and satisfied.

Did need a lil tightening upon arrival, but easy as can be. Better than I imagined. Can’t put this thing down.

EDC Gyroscope

Very well constructed. Beautiful in fact. The only problem I see is that there is too much side to side play in the R188 bearing. This causes the center flywheel to shift left or right while spinning. It disrupts the gyroscopic effect. I plan on ordering new R188 bearings from Amazon soon.
