    Great great light!

This is a very good quality, well made light! I’ve owned other custom lights similar to this that cost over twice what this one does and this holds its own well! Finish on the titanium is amazing! Light fits really well in the hands. Only bad thing I read about this light online was that it didn’t tail stand because the boot stuck out on the back, but I guess I got a newer version and the boot is further in. Light rail stand perfectly! If you’re debating whether or not to buy this, don’t! I’ll be buying a second very soon. Thanks for a great light!

    Excellent flashlight

It’s small, light weight, sturdy, long lasting, and very very bright. Has replaced my precious EDC lamp and looks way better too. Well worth the cost of entry!

    Excellent Value Overall

Published by Theo Lee on Jan 18th 2019

This is the latest flashlight to enter a very saturated, high-end flashlight market. Despite this, it distinguishes itself for being built from the ground up and being an unprecedented value at its current price.

The size of the flashlight is surprisingly small, and it's one of the smallest 18350 based lights I've seen. The H17fx is also one of the most versatile drivers out there and the gold standard in my opinion. Finally, the glow sticker is easily the brightest I've ever seen in a torch.

Functionally it is on par with much more expensive custom flashlights. The build quality is not quite there (hence the gritty titanium threads), but is still extremely good for the money.

There's only two issues that I can really nitpick, and that's the clip and tail switch. The clip is a bit stiff and doesn't allow for cross compatibility with standard torch clips. The tail switch is a reverse clicky which isn't an issue, but the rubber boot is proud and sticks out slightly. This prevents the use of tail standing.

For a first foray into the flashlight world, this flashlight gets a lot of things right and punches well beyond its current price point. I honestly did not expect to like this flashlight as much as I do. The designed looked somewhat busy, but it looks and feels much better in hand. I am now even considering purchasing a Lite version to have modded with a Dragon driver.

Knocked it out of the park!

After getting the limited "Black Gold" version and using it for a day putting it through its paces and evaluating the fit, finish, and operational qualities, I went ahead and ordered two more in the Stonewashed Titanium finish (one turbo for me, and one Lite for the frau that was staring at mine like an eagle watching its prey).

Fantastic finish and tactile feel (and a bit more subtle, obviously, than the B&G version), and of course the same exemplary construction, execution, and performance for such a compact package.

Programming is a breeze (and if that's not something you need, the Lite version is awesome too, or so says the frau).

I am so looking forward to future lights from Mechforce.

    5 Stars.
